We start with a Titleist Performance Institute screen to establish your baseline. This identifies physical limitations that may affect your swing.

TPI Movement Screen

We assess:

  • Injury history and current pain/limitations

  • Hip, thoracic spine, and shoulder mobility

  • Stability and movement control

  • Key physical limitations affecting your swing and common swing faults

Step 02: Biomechanics

Golf is a rotational power sport. Using cutting-edge force decks and dynamometers, we measure how efficiently your body produces and transfers power during the swing.

Force & Rotation Assessment

We measure:

  • Ground force production

  • Rotational strength and power

  • Force symmetry between sides

  • Lower body and core contribution
